people say a good cry helps them feel better.

I can't cry. I don't want to cry. Right now. Just feels like a waste and like a waste of energy that I hardly have to begin with.

nothing helps me feel better.

being with John wouldn't make me feel better.

not when I hate myself for so many reasons most that he has nothing to do with.
