i did it. last night-i just let go. it started by me thinking about my family. then i got the thought of cutting again which just tore another hole in my heart.

i dont know. it felt good...too good i think. which is why i was so scared to let go 100%. which i think is why im feeling so depressed today.

im really sad and i dont have anything very interesting to say. later days.
